Send us your design! Vector files are preferred for the best quality, but don't worry if you don't have them—we can easily convert your art into a vector file for you. We can even recreate your design for embroidery. Just check the appropriate boxes in the order form.
Finalize Order Form for Quote
Complete our order form below with any important project details. We will get back to you promptly with a comprehensive quote. Once we receive your approval on both the artwork and the quote, we'll take payment and your order will move into production.
Production Note
Orders process in 10 business days (on average) from dates of art and invoice approval and deposit received. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we always do our best to expedite orders whenever possible.
Customer Representations & Warranties:
By submitting artwork, logos, or designs (collectively, "Content") to [Your Business Name] for reproduction, the Customer represents and warrants that:
Grant of License:
Customer hereby grants Hidden Treasures Tshirt Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Customer's order.
Indemnification:
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hidden Treasures Tshirt Co. and its local production partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of any actual or alleged infringement of third-party intellectual property rights related to the Content provided by the Customer.
Grant of Promotional Rights:
By placing an order, the Customer grants Hidden Treasures Tshirt Co. a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use photographs or digital representations of the finished products (including those featuring the Customer's submitted logos and artwork) for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, display on our website, social media channels, and physical marketing materials.
Right to Revoke:
We value your brand's privacy. If you require that your order remains confidential or wish to opt out of our portfolio display, please notify us in writing at the time of order placement.
